I am not a fan of the spam-fest that Follow Friday has become. If you are also fed up with 'I FF'd you so why don't you FF me?' messages, and just want those people to 'FF' off, why not do what I do? Make lists of people you enjoy following (the initial purpose of Follow Friday before it was hijacked by spammers) and promote them on a Friday? So much more civilized all round.
